STAY HOME WITH BEDER
Our daily lives have recently changed considerably and our usual social interactions have had to move online due to social distancing requirements in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
With physical distancing and everyone adapting to a new 'normal' can come more challenges of isolation, loneliness and anxiety.
With this in mind, we are working hard to provide a range of online events and initiatives to ensure we continue to look after our mental health and take time for self care.
We have developed Beder's Mindful Toolkit which is a library of our favourite resources ranging from podcasts, books and apps which we hope you find useful.
It is important to dedicate some time for self care to look after ourselves and our mental health.
All of our events are announced on our Instagram account (@beder_uk) and further details about other initiatives, such as Conversation with Beder which is series of short conversations with inspiring individuals as we discuss how they look after their mental health or a range of live cooking classes on our Instagram!
