WHAT IS A BEDER BENCH?

It's a place where people can go, either together or alone, to take a moment to check in with themselves or open up about how they're doing.

A Beder Bench is a place to reflect and connect, a way to quickly and easily access helpful resources and information to help you look after your mental health.

TIME TO CHECK IN

Checking in with yourself and opening up about your emotions are both incredibly important when it comes to maintaining good mental health.

While talking openly with a loved one means you can support each other through any problems, regularly taking stock of your own feelings allows you to spot any negative changes in your wellbeing as and when they happen and gives you a better understanding of what might help get you back on track.

Our resources are here to give you a helping hand. There are conversational prompts to inspire, tips and tricks and a few words from our amazing ambassadors.
