Join us for a practical online workshop which will last 35-45 minutes and explore the benefits of acupressure and meditation on reducing stress, anxiety, anger and overthinking.
This session will be a chance to learn more about acupressure and meditiation in addiiton to practicing some 'heart breathing' whilst applying pressure/massaging selected pressure points.
This session is being delivered by Mo Quronfleh (Founder of Pain, Posture and Peak Performance).
