About the Event
We are delighted to offer a brand new 45 minute meditation class every Tuesday at 7.45pm with Sarah Drai at FLEX Chelsea.
The class is free to attend and open to all, just book a ticket through our website, with donations are greatly appreciated as all proceeds support Beder in our work to raise awareness around mental health and suicide prevention.
Meditation has a number of commonly reported benefits including physical benefits (such as boosting your immune system, improving brain function and slowing the aging process) and psycological benefits (such as reduction of stress, anxiety and depression in additon to emotional stability).
