About the Event

Join us for an online workshop discussing how to look after your mental wellness during COVID-19.

This session will be delivered by Hala Sabbah and take the form of an informal discussion on how we feel amidst the coronavirus pandemic. We will exchange ideas and methods on self-care and how to deal with the current situation.

Hala Sabbah runs coaching sessions and corporate wellness workshops in English and Arabic. She also worked in Education, Media and Tech Consulting in Dubai and Amman. She did her masters in Middle Eastern Studies with a focus on feminism and is passionate about health, refugee rights and feminism. Recently, she launched her business called Healthy Feminist aiming to increase access to healthy and sustainable lifestyles for all women. 25% of any fees towards her services go towards health coaching for refugee and vulnerable communities in SWANA.
