STAY HOME WITH BEDER
Our daily lives have recently changed considerably and our usual social interactions have had to move online due to social distancing requirements in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
With physical distancing can come more challenges of isolation, loneliness and anxiety.
With this in mind, we are working hard to provide a range of online events and initiatives to ensure we continue to look after our mental health and take time for self care.

WEDNESDAY WELLNESS CLASSES
These short classes explore some of the simple, universally beneficial yoga therapy techniques that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.
Ali is a qualified yoga therapist, based in California, with over five years experience and a Beder ambassador.
BEDER X YOGI2ME
Our amazing partner, Yogi2Me, have organised a range of live donation based yoga classes in support of Beder.
In these challenging times, it is more important than ever to make sure we keep active and quieten the mind.
Yogi2Me has created a schedule of live classes open to all from vinyasa yoga, pregnancy yoga and meditation to power yoga, kids yoga and mantra singing.
